19th TRAINING FOR LOBBYISTS

06.02.2026.

The 19th training for lobbyists was held on January 29 and 30, 2026, at the premises of the Agency. This cycle of education was successfully completed by six participants, who, at the final test held on February 4, demonstrated a high level of knowledge and readiness to professionally perform lobbying activities.

On the first day of the training, the participants were welcomed by Director Dejan Damnjanović, who emphasized the importance of lobbying in the adoption of laws, regulations, and other general acts, as well as in the protection of the public interest, the rule of law, and the prevention of corruption. He also highlighted the significance of these training sessions, where participants are introduced to lobbying activities, especially considering that the Republic of Serbia is one of the few countries that has regulated this area through the Law on Lobbying.

In accordance with the Training Program, representatives of the Agency delivered lectures to the candidates on the regulatory framework of lobbying, conflicts of interest, and the financing of political activities; the basics of the constitutional order, state administration, and local self-government; and criminal offenses, misdemeanors, and personal data protection related to lobbying activities.
