The Anti-Corruption supports the adoption of recommendations coordination working group for the improvement of the normative and institutional framework in education in the text of the draft law prepared by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, regarding any ongoing public debate. Agency at the end of 2013, in accordance with its statutory powers, established a coordinating working group to improve the regulatory and institutional framework in education, in which was attended by senior representatives of state bodies and institutions in the field of education, as well as representatives of independent institutions, courts and prosecutors' offices. At meetings held in February 2014 in recommendations which, among other things, related to improving governance institutions and changing the normative framework in the field of higher education. Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Higher Education adopted the recommendations relating to the prescription of the period in which the National Council for Higher Education shall decide on the appeal, the precise regulation of the cases in which cease to be valid licenses and accreditation, the public information on resources or sources of funding, as well as information relating to the establishment of tuition, then, the deadline for the adoption of minimum requirements for the position of teacher, the period in which the government would appoint representatives of the founders of the council of higher education institutions, and the public of the final report by the Commission on Accreditation for accreditation and Quality Assurance to the National Council for Higher Education. However, the draft law has not accepted the recommendations relating to the identity of the reviewers and the review should be available to the public after the decision of the Commission for Accreditation and Quality Assurance of the application for accreditation of the institution, that recommendation is supported by most members of the Coordination Working Group.
