On February 8, 2017, at the session of the Anti-Corruption Agency Board, after the final discussion, the Anti-Corruption Agency Board voted for candidates. Not a single candidate had received the required majority of votes by the members of the Board. The Board noted that the decision on the appointment of the Director of the Agency had not been made. At the same meeting, the Board made the decision to announce a new public competition for the election of the Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency.
