The National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, at the First Extraordinary Session in its fourteenth convocation, adopted Work Reports of the Agency for 2022 and 2023. In accordance with Articles 38 and 39 of the Law on the Prevention of Corruption, the Agency submits a regular annual report on its work, as well as a report on the implementation of strategic documents with recommendations.

The establishment of direct contacts between public officials and the Agency's management aims to familiarize the officials with the Agency's methods of operation and to find more effective mechanisms for preventing possible violations of the Law on the Prevention of Corruption. The First Compliance Report of the Republic of Serbia within the Fifth Evaluation Round was discussed and adopted at the meeting. This round of evaluation refers to the prevention of corruption and promotion of integrity in central government bodies (top executive functions) and law enforcement bodies.
