The Anti-Corruption Agency will be a member of the EPAC Working Group that will work on the thematic study: „Corruption in health system – prevention and investigation; practical experiences, successful examples and challenges“. Conclusions and suggestions of the study will represent expert opinion of the EPAC working group and will be sent to the European Commission as an annex to the anti-corruption report that will be published in autumn 2016. The Romanian National Anti-Corruption Directorate will preside the Working Group, and apart from Serbia and Romania, contribution will be given by the representatives of Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Lithuania, Moldova, Slovenia and Spain.
