The presentation of results of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the effects of the implementation of the Law on Financing of Political Activities, as well as recommendations for its improvement, was organized today in Belgrade Media center, within the second expert mission of Technical Assistance Information Exchange Instrument of the European Commission (TAIEX).
The mission is conducted by the Slovenian expert Mr Jurij Toplak, Head of Public Law Department, University of Maribor, who was in Belgrade from May 24 to May 27.
Representatives of the Anti-Corruption Agency, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice, Misdemeanour Courts, Public Prosecutor’s Office, State Audit Institution, Republic Electoral Commission, political parties and civil society organizations, were invited to the presentation.
