The statistical analysis of the Anti-Corruption Agency and misdemeanour courts proceedings in cases of violation of the Law on Financing of Political Activities, that refer, in most of the cases, to the political entities obligation to submit their annual financial reports and reports on the costs of election campaigns.
The analysis is based on the record of the Anti-Corruption Agency requests for initiation of misdemeanour proceedings, as well as on the record of the first degree and final decisions. It includes the period from 2011 to 2015, and the overview of requests, the first degree and final decisions is until August 31, 2016
