The Anti-Corruption Agency forwarded, to the Government and the National Assembly, opinion on the risk assessment in the provisions of the Draft Law on Public Enterprises.
The Agency had in this opinion repeated most of the suggestions and recommendations from the opinion on the draft of this law, considering that the Draft law was insignificantly changed in relation to the previous text. Thus, the Agency had pointed that although the Draft Law contained important novelties, as far as the combating corruption was concerned, it was necessary to improve and define precisely its provisions.
