In the period from May 24 to May 27, 2016, within Technical Assistance Information Exchange Instrument of the European Commission (TAIEX), expert mission in the Anti-Corruption Agency was organized, with the aim to provide a comprehensive impact assessment of the implementation of the Law on Financing Political Activities. This mission is specially aimed to the imposition of sanctions and procedures of all relevant institutions.
TAIEX Expert Mr Jurij Toplak, Head of Public Law Department, University of Maribor will meet with the representatives of the Anti-Corruption Agency, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice, Misdemeanour Courts, Public Prosecutor's Office, State Audit Institution, Republic Electoral Commission, political parties and civil society organizations.
