The Anti-Corruption Agency, the Commission for Protection of Competition and the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures signed the Memorandum of Understanding. The Memorandum was signed by the Anti-Corruption Agency Director Tatjana Babić, President of the Commission for Protection of Competition Miloje Obradović and the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures President Hana Hukić.
The Memorandum was signed on the margins of the workshop on public procurement regarding curbing corruption and protection of competition, that was organized by the OSCE Mission to Serbia, in Aranđelovac, on November 8 -9, 2016.
The signatories underlined the will for cooperation with the aim of protection of public interest, decrease of corruption risk and strengthening of institutions integrity.
