With the aim of drafting of local plans for fight against corruption, as an obligation of the local self-governance units, envisaged by the Action Plan for Accession of Serbia to the European Union for Chapter 23, the Anti-Corruption Agency has published the analysis of legal framework and practice that contains corruption risks at the local level. The analysis identifies problems that should be envisaged by the future model of local anti-corruption plan, based on which every unit of the local self-governance would adopt document in the field of supression of corruption.
