101. PLENARY MEETING OF THE GROUP OD STATES AGAINST CORRUPTION (GRECO)

The Agency's representative participated in the 101st Plenary meeting of the Group of States against Corruption (GRECO) of the Council of Europe, held from 18 to 21 November 2025 in Strasbourg. The Plenary meeting examined follow- up reports on preventing corruption and promoting integrity in central government and law enforcement agencies for Belgium, Croatia, France, Finland, Iceland and Slovenia, as well as follow-up reports on compliance with recommendations on preventing corruption among members of parliament, judges and prosecutors for Belgium and Romania.

MEETING WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE UAE ACCOUNTABILITY AUTHORITY

The Agency, in cooperation with the State Audit Institution, held a working meeting with representatives of the UAE Accountability Authority (UAEAA). The meeting aimed to exchange experiences and good practices in the field of corruption prevention, as well as to strengthen international cooperation in combating corruption in the public sector.

AGENCY PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE “CORRUPTION PREVENTION: REGIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION APPROACHES AND CHALLENGES”

The Director of the Agency, Dejan Damnjanović, participated in the conference “Corruption Prevention: Regional Anti-Corruption Approaches and Challenges”, held in Petrovac. The event was organized by the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption of Montenegro, in cooperation with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). The conference brought together directors and representatives of anti-corruption bodies from the region, as well as from European Union member states, who shared their experiences in developing preventive mechanisms in the fight against corruption.

MEETING OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE AGENCY AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT OFFICE

The Director of the Agency, Dejan Damnjanović, and the Director of the Public Procurement Office, Sandra Damčević, held a working meeting on improving cooperation in areas of common interest, with a special focus on the exchange of data important for performing tasks within the legally prescribed competences of both institutions. The meeting discussed the implementation of the existing regulatory framework, as well as the possibilities for improving preventive mechanisms that contribute to preventing corruption in the public procurement system.

TRAINING ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LAW ON FINANCING OF POLITICAL ACTIVITIES
23.10.2025.

The training on the topic "Implementation of the Law on Financing of Political Activities" was held for representatives of political entities from Valjevo and surrounding municipalities. On this occasion, employees of the Agency presented legal solutions and details from the by-laws that regulate this area. The main topics of the training focused on the sources and methods of financing political activities, the prohibitions related to such financing, and the most common legal violations encountered in practice by political entities.

STUDENTS OF THE "DIMITRIJE DAVIDOVIĆ" LAW AND BUSINESS SCHOOL VISITED THE AGENCY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION
23.10.2025.

At the initiative of the "Dimitrije Davidović" Law and Business School from Zemun, an educational visit of students to the Agency was organized, with the aim of introducing young people to the role, responsibilities and importance of this institution in the system of corruption prevention. The visit was carried out as part of educational activities aimed at developing awareness of the importance of legality, transparency and accountability in the work of state institutions. Students had the opportunity to learn directly about the mechanisms for preventing corruption and conflicts of interest, as well as the importance of respecting ethical standards in performing public affairs.
