Representatives of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption conducted a training session for trainers on ethics and integrity in Čačak, at the Professional Training Center, from October 7 to 11, 2024.
During the five-day training, employees of public authorities from the city of Čačak and the municipality of Gornji Milanovac acquired the skills and knowledge necessary to independently conduct training on ethics and integrity.
The key topics covered during the training expanded participants' understanding of core values in public administration, identified high-risk situations for corruption in the workplace, and addressed ethical dilemmas and professional responsibilities. In addition, the training strengthened participants' skills in public speaking, providing feedback, employing educational methods and techniques, and designing training programs.
On the final day, participants who successfully passed the knowledge test and demonstrated a portion of the ethics and integrity training were granted the status of certified trainers.
The Agency for the Prevention of Corruption has been conducting this training for ten years, during which time it has prepared more than 220 public authority employees to conduct independent training on ethics and integrity.
