Trainings for representatives of political entities on the topic "Implementation of the Law on Financing Political Activities," sessions were held on October 22 in Novi Sad, on October 25 in Niš and October 29 in Kragujevac.
Legal solutions and details from by-laws regulating this area were presented to representatives of political entities operating in these cities and surrounding municipalities. The main topics of the training included an overview of sources and methods for financing political activities, restrictions on such financing, and common legal violations committed by political entities in practice.
Special attention during the training was given to the procedures for submitting annual financial reports and reports on election campaign expenses, including the required content of these reports.
