Based on the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Corruption Prevention, signed between the Ministry of Education, the Institute for the Improvement of Education, the Institute for the Evaluation of the Quality of Education, and the Agency, the first meeting of the working group was held today. The meeting was attended by representatives of all institutions that are signatories to the Agreement.
The working group's primary task is to develop program activities related to anti-corruption education, including the creation of a manual for teachers and the development of a training program aimed at strengthening teachers' competencies in this field.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Director of the Agency, Dejan Damnjanović, addressed the working group members, emphasizing the significance of the activities outlined in the Agreement. He particularly highlighted the importance of fulfilling obligations within the respective competencies of each participating institution. On this occasion, he reaffirmed the Agency's commitment to providing all necessary resources to achieve the shared goal of raising awareness among primary and secondary school students and equipping them with the knowledge to recognize and prevent corruption.
During the meeting, the working group agreed on its operational principles and the schedule of future meetings, which will be held once a month.
