The Director of the Agency, Mr. Dejan Damjanović, represented the Republic of Serbia at the Partnerships for Anticorruption Global Forum 2025, held on April 8–9 in Washington, D.C.
The Forum was organized by the World Bank, specifically the World Bank Group’s Anticorruption for Development Global Program, in collaboration with the International Corruption Hunters Alliance. It brought together more than 300 global leaders and participants from government institutions, academia, civil society, the private sector, and international organizations to collectively address the challenges posed by corruption and to enhance global efforts in promoting integrity, accountability, and transparency.
Special attention was given to key topics such as accountability, institutions and the rule of law, beneficial ownership transparency and illicit financial flows, public procurement and private sector integrity, information and technology, and climate change.
The Director of the Agency participated in the Forum at the invitation of the World Bank, by which the Agency has been recognized as a significant and trustworthy stakeholder whose commitment contributes to the development of partnerships in the global fight against corruption. Strengthening international cooperation, sharing knowledge and experiences, and aligning with best global practices in anti-corruption efforts are essential for building more effective and resilient anti-corruption mechanisms to successfully address the challenges of this global phenomenon.
