The Agency, in cooperation with the Constitutional Court of Serbia, conducted the online training titled “Integrity Standards of Public Officials through the Legal and Institutional Framework for Preventing Corruption,” aimed for judges of the Constitutional Court.
The training presented the Agency's competencies in implementing the Law on the Prevention of Corruption and the Law on Lobbying. Participants in the training were introduced to the obligations of public officials in the areas of ethics and integrity, including the prevention of conflicts of interest (such as incompatibility and accumulation of public functions, and engagement in other work or activities), the declaration of assets and income, notification of the assumption and termination of public office, submission of gift reports, lobbying regulations, and the assessment of corruption risks in legislation.
The implementation of this training represents a significant step in improving the preventive anti-corruption framework of the Republic of Serbia and confirms the commitment of institutions to strengthening integrity, accountability, and transparency in the performance of the highest public functions.
